Honey Chocolate And Pistachio Bark


Ingredients

100 g unsalted butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup plain flour
2 egg whites
1/2 cup dark chocolate, crushed
1/2 cup pistachios, crushed
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

1. Combine butter, sugar, honey, egg whites, vanilla extract and flour in a bowl. Mix it until smooth. 
2. Using a slurdy flat spatula spread thinly over the baking trays (covered with baking paper) to about the thickness of a coin.
3. Sprinkle with chocolate and pistachios.
4. Preheat oven to 180 C. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.

Notes

You can use different toppings: raisins, rice bubbles, crushed nuts...
